Update Reimbursement Scheme Forxiga® 10mg and Xigduo® 5mg

TBR Nederland hereby informs you that from now on the conditions regarding the Reimbursement Scheme Forxiga® 10mg and Xigduo® 5mg will be adjusted. Declarations advanced by the pharmacy can only be submitted to TBR Nederland up to 6 months after issued. After that, declarations will no longer be processed. Patients and pharmacists can declare the additional payment digitally.

If the arrangement is terminated, the conditions may be adjusted. You will then be informed about this in a timely manner.
