Simplified TerugBetaalRegeling Broxil®
The health insurer will not reimburse the cost of Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension in full. The producer of this medicine has therefore asked TBR Nederland to reimburse to the patient the Personal Contribution charged.
Conditions
The Personal Contribution demonstrably payed to the health insurer for Broxil® powder for oral suspension, is eligible for reimbursement via TBR Nederland with the exception of the first 2 containers and up to a maximum of € 250,- per patient per year. The arrangement applies from August 1, 2020 and only from the 3rd container.
For claims submitted from January 1, 2021 the arrangement is simplified to reduce the administrative burden. A Doctor's statement is no longer required.
Who can submit a claim
Only patients or their carer can submit a claim for the Personal Contribution paid for Broxil® powder for oral suspension, either online or by post by means of the detailed statement from their health insurer. Online will be the fastest option. Pharmacists cannot submit claims for this medicine on behalf of the patient.
